All users in your domain will basically be added when your Company gives consent for MyDesk to retrieve the information.
Your data is 100% your data. MyDesk is hosted by Microsoft Azure, which is one of the most secure platforms in the world. We don’t store any information about your employees or anything else about your business. Login and security is managed by Microsoft Azure.
We’re always ready to help. In connection with the on-boarding, we will set up your solution so that it is 100% ready to run, and afterwards you can always reach us by phone or email: support@mydesk.dk. Processing time can vary depending on the size of the job, but we strive to solve your problem within 1-2 days.
At MyDesk, we recommend that we create the drawings for you, you just need to provide a floor plan and possibly 1-3 pictures of what it looks like and we’ll work together to make it as similar to your office as possible.
You don’t need to use sensors to use MyDesk. Everything can be booked through exactly the platform you want. This includes Office365, your own mydesk site, Mobile App, teams etc.
MyDesk provides many different services including:

You will have full access to the features that are relevant to you. There are no extra payments, once you have purchased deskbooking you have access to everything related to deskbooking.
