In this guide, I will show you how to log in to MyDesk to book a seat, meeting room or something completely different. The process is the same via web, mobile or Outlook.
Step 1: Introduction to login method #
In short, MyDesk uses your Office365 login, username and password. This means that it is the same username that you use for your email, which makes it very easy to remember later. MyDesk does not have access to your password, but this is validated by Microsoft via Office 365, outside of MyDesk.
Step 2: Log in via web #
What you need to do if you are logging in via web is to enter your company name.myDesk.dk. This will take you to the login page where you can log in with your account.

Step 3: Entering the two-factor authentication code #
When you are on the login page, you will be asked to enter an Authentication code. In my case, I can authenticate this code with Microsoft Authenticator. For you, you may need to enter a password that you find in your authenticator.

Step 4: Stay logged in #
Once you have entered the code, you can choose to stay logged in. This can be a good idea so you don’t have to log in every time. The system will then remember you, which makes access easier.

Step 5: Log in via Outlook #
If you use the MyDesk Outlook add-in, as most people do, you will automatically log in. You don’t need to enter your username and password, as the system will capture it from the email you are already logged in with. This makes the process even easier.

Step 6: Log in via mobile #
On mobile, it’s a bit different. Sometimes the app already has your username and password, while other times you have to enter it for the first time. It depends on how your mobile app is rolled out in your company.
Step 7: Book seats or meeting room #
Once logged in, you can start booking your seats or meeting rooms. The system is user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to navigate and find what you need.
With this guide, you can now easily log in to MyDesk and book your seats or meeting rooms. It’s a quick and efficient process that helps you make the most of your time and resources.
