In this guide, I’ll show you how to install the WiFi Tool, which you’ll use to set up meeting room monitors and guest cards on your network.

Step 1: Introduction #

Before we get started, it’s worth mentioning that it doesn’t matter if you’re using an internal network, guest network or a 4G network. The most important thing is that you’re connected to the internet.

Step 2: Download the WiFi tool #

The first thing you need to do is download the wifi tool here: Download WIFI tool.

After clicking the link, the file will be downloaded to your computer. Open the downloaded file and press ‘Run’.

Step 3: Installing the program #

When the program opens, press ‘Run anyway’ if you get a security warning. This will start the installation process of the WiFi tool on your PC.

Tap Drive anyway

After the installation is complete, the program opens with some test settings that I entered from a previous installation. Now it’s time to enter your own settings.

Enter test settings

Step 4: Enter your WiFi information #

The first thing you need to do is enter your WiFi ID and password. Make sure this information is correct so your device can connect to the network.

Enter WiFi ID and password

Step 5: Enter API key #

Next, you need to enter the API key that we have sent to you. This step is important as the API key is needed to connect your devices to the system.

Enter API key

Step 6: Add your screens #

Once you have entered all the information, press ‘Next’ to continue. You are now ready to start adding your monitors to the network.

That’s all you need to do to install the WiFi tool. Now you can set up your meeting room monitors and guest cards to work optimally on your network. If you have any questions along the way, don’t hesitate to contact support for help.
