Can tenants with different Microsoft 365 environments share meeting rooms?
Yes. MyDesk enables sharing of meeting rooms across companies and separate Microsoft 365 tenants. We clarify the connection to the individual companies' environments as part of the setup.
Where can tenants book?
Tenants can book in the Outlook app, the MyDesk mobile app and MyDesk Planner. Planner booking for tenants is included in the booking solution.
Can some meeting rooms be reserved for selected tenants?
Yes. The administration can control who can book which rooms, and set up local booking rules for the building.
Can the canteen handle several companies?
Yes. Meeting catering from the building's tenants can be managed centrally. The lunch app can be purchased by the landlord and made available to all tenants without an additional tenant license for the module. The food is paid for separately.
Can the cards be used for access control and lunch payments?
The digital, reusable employee and guest cards can be used for personal identification. Access control, lunch registration and payment depend on the integration with the building's systems. We clarify the options and the specific delivery with you.
What do additional meeting rooms and tenants cost?
The basic price is 285 USD per month for up to 10 meeting rooms, plus 75 USD per connected tenant company. Each additional meeting room beyond 10 costs 29 USD per month. All prices are excl. VAT
Are hardware and digital cards included in the subscription?
Displays, digital cards and any integrations are priced separately. Setup and other terms are confirmed in your quotation.
