Employees can register lunch with their access tag in the setup. The canteen can follow consumption and work with settlement per company, so that lunch and meeting services are included in the administrative handling.

The solution includes meeting catering and meeting room booking. Food and drink orders are linked to meetings and consumption. It gives the kitchen and administration a common starting point for preparing the service that has been ordered.
When ordering meeting catering, the time, number of participants and requested food and drinks are key details. MyDesk’s catering module collects the order as part of meeting planning. The kitchen and administration can then work with the information attached to the order.
