Catering orders are part of the kitchen's workflow. Power users were trained in the solution as part of the rollout, so the organization could continue to work on day-to-day bookings and administration.

A meeting room reservation connects a time slot with a room. The meeting organiser can select from the facilities configured in the system. The overview provides a shared basis for allocating office meetings to the available rooms.
