IFU is today called Impact Fund Denmark. The organization invests in companies and projects in developing countries and growth markets with a focus on sustainable development.
Meeting rooms for internal meetings and partner visits
MyDesk was set up for IFU's meeting facilities in Copenhagen. The setup is based on the organisation's own premises and the facilities attached to the individual rooms.
Reservation from computer and mobile
Employees were given access to choose and reserve rooms via computer and mobile. The reservation is included in the preparation of both internal meetings and visits from external partners.
Products and use in context
The solution includes meeting room booking. The reservation of a room links the time and meeting facilities to the planned activity. The room overview is a common entrance to the rooms included in the set-up.
A meeting room reservation connects a time slot with a room. The meeting organiser can select from the facilities configured in the system. The overview provides a shared basis for allocating office meetings to the available rooms.
