Meeting facilities with a visual overview
AS3 uses MyDesk for meeting rooms and the visual capabilities of the Planner and Floorplan. The premises and their availability can be included in a common overview rather than only being seen as separate bookings.
Planning based on the office layout
Floorplan links the overview to the office's physical framework. For the administration, location and accessibility are part of the same work of planning the use of the facilities.
Products and use in context
The solution includes meeting room booking and planner and floor plan. The reservation of a room links the time and meeting facilities to the planned activity. The room overview is a common entrance to the rooms included in the set-up.
A meeting room reservation connects a time slot with a room. The meeting organiser can select from the facilities configured in the system. The overview provides a shared basis for allocating office meetings to the available rooms.
