Castellum uses MyDesk for shared meeting rooms and catering. The solution was integrated with multiple Microsoft 365 tenants so that companies can work with the facilities from their own calendar environments.
Booking from Outlook and shared administration
Employees can order premises and catering from Outlook. The administration manages the resources centrally, while the reservations are included in the individual companies' meeting planning.

The solution includes meeting room booking and meeting catering. The reservation of a room links the time and meeting facilities to the planned activity. The room overview is a common entrance to the rooms included in the set-up.
A meeting room reservation connects a time slot with a room. The meeting organiser can select from the facilities configured in the system. The overview provides a shared basis for allocating office meetings to the available rooms.
