Pandora is an international jewelery company with headquarters in Denmark. MyDesk is used in the internal coordination of meetings, visitors and catering.
Meetings, guests and catering in the same platform
Pandora uses MyDesk for meeting room booking, meeting catering and visitor registration. The guest setup includes QR codes and a message to the host upon arrival.
The kitchen's orders and the administration's overview
A touch screen in the kitchen shows the day's orders, while Planner is part of the administration's overview. Information about the meeting can thus be used both by the person booking and by those preparing the catering.

The solution includes meeting room booking, meeting catering, visitor registration and planner and floor plan. The reservation of a room links the time and meeting facilities to the planned activity. The room overview is a common entrance to the rooms included in the set-up.
A meeting room reservation connects a time slot with a room. The meeting organiser can select from the facilities configured in the system. The overview provides a shared basis for allocating office meetings to the available rooms.
