The municipality's existing screens were connected to MyDesk. Administration and canteen were introduced to the workflow, where reservations and orders are linked to the meetings to be held.
Products and use in context
The solution includes meeting room booking, meeting catering and meeting room screens. The reservation of a room links the time and meeting facilities to the planned activity. The room overview is a common entrance to the rooms included in the set-up.
A meeting room reservation connects a time slot with a room. The meeting organiser can select from the facilities configured in the system. The overview provides a shared basis for allocating office meetings to the available rooms.
