Scanlines, a leading player in ferry operations and logistics, has chosen to implement MyDesk for guest registration and meeting room booking to modernize and streamline their meeting and guest management. The focus has been on creating a seamless experience for both employees and visitors.

The project

Scanlines wanted a solution where guests could be registered and received more efficiently without unnecessarily burdening the reception. At the same time, they needed a simple and user-friendly platform for booking meeting rooms. With MyDesk, a fully integrated solution was implemented where guest registration and meeting room booking work together as a single process.
