The project
The project at Ringsted Municipality was initiated with the goal of improving the daily handling of meetings and catering. The municipality needed a solution that fit naturally into their hybrid work model and allowed employees to manage everything directly from Outlook and Office 365.
A significant focus was to ensure a smooth transition from the previous system while retaining existing hardware, enabling implementation without unnecessary costs or operational disruptions.
The challenge
Ringsted Municipality’s previous platform no longer met modern user expectations. The lack of integration with Office 365 and Outlook Online resulted in inefficient workflows and additional complexity for employees.
The municipality also experienced challenges with their former provider, who could not deliver the level of accessible, day-to-day support required to maintain smooth operations across a large public organisation.
Why MyDesk

Furthermore, the ability to reuse existing meeting room screens made the solution both cost-effective and easy to implement.
