NNIT, one of Denmark’s leading IT service companies, wanted to optimize the employee experience during office visits while ensuring better utilization of parking facilities. To meet the need for flexible and digital solutions, NNIT chose to implement MyDesk’s parking module.
The project
The aim of the project was to enable employees to book parking spaces from home – quickly and intuitively. The solution needed to be a natural part of the existing workflow and be integrated into the mobile app that employees already used for workplace booking.
Using 3D floor plans, employees could visually get an overview of available parking spaces and choose a location that suited their needs – for example close to the entrance or charging stations.
