The project
The goal of the project at NNIT was to give employees the ability to book a parking space from home in a quick and intuitive way. The solution needed to fit seamlessly into existing workflows and be integrated directly into the MyDesk app, which employees were already using for workspace bookings.
Through detailed 3D floor plans, employees gained a visual overview of available parking spaces, making it easy to choose a spot that matched their needs—such as spaces close to the entrance or charging stations. This created a more predictable and flexible parking experience.

NNIT chose MyDesk because the platform combines user-friendliness, flexibility and the ability to unify multiple functions in one solution. Workspace booking, guest registration and parking could all be managed from the same system, creating a more streamlined employee experience.
