Koda – Efficient workplace booking with MyDesk

Koda is a Danish organisation that manages copyright on behalf of composers, songwriters and music publishers.

It ensures that music creators receive payment when their works are used publicly, while providing businesses and event organisers with a straightforward way to use music legally.

Koda also works with international rights organisations to secure payments when Danish music is used abroad.

Koda represents composers, songwriters and music publishers in Denmark and works with music rights and payment on a daily basis. With a workforce that works flexibly between office and home, Koda needed an intuitive desktop booking solution. The choice fell on MyDesk.

The project

Koda wanted to create a better overview and structure in the use of office space, especially after the introduction of hybrid working. The project included the implementation of a digital platform that would allow employees to easily book desks while giving management insight into capacity utilization.
