Koda represents composers, songwriters and music publishers in Denmark and works with music rights and payment on a daily basis. With a workforce that works flexibly between office and home, Koda needed an intuitive desktop booking solution. The choice fell on MyDesk.
The project
Koda wanted to create a better overview and structure in the use of office space, especially after the introduction of hybrid working. The project included the implementation of a digital platform that would allow employees to easily book desks while giving management insight into capacity utilization.
