The project

Bruun & Hjejle wanted a complete solution for booking meeting rooms and associated meeting catering as well as a simple way to manage and adjust meetings and bookings. The goal was to create a smooth and user-friendly setup that supports a busy and professional workday.

The challenge

Previously, booking and catering processes were characterized by manual workflows and many different systems. This made it time-consuming to book meetings and difficult to get an overview – especially when meetings changed and catering adjustments were needed.
