The project
The project was launched with a focus on simple implementation and high usability. The goal was to ensure that employees could easily book workspaces across office areas while giving management insight into the use of facilities. MyDesk was implemented in close collaboration with both IT and HR at Phillips-Medisize, and the solution was quickly rolled out to relevant users.
