Clemens Law is a modern law firm based in Aarhus, Denmark, that combines professionalism and flexibility in a busy workday. With an increasing share of student employees and a need for increased transparency in the office landscape, Clemens was looking for a solution to manage both desk booking and visibility of employee presence.
The project
The goal was to support flexible ways of working while ensuring an overview of who is present in the office – regardless of role and working style. The solution had to be intuitive, easy to implement and usable across employee groups.
The challenge
Clemens had challenges dealing with varying attendance patterns, especially among student employees who often have changing working hours. In addition, they wanted to create greater transparency and accessibility among colleagues – both for collaboration and social relationships.
