Andel is a modern workplace where flexibility, efficiency and well-being go hand in hand. To support a more dynamic workday for their employees, Andel has implemented MyDesk desk booking as a central platform for booking and optimizing office workspaces.
The project
Andel wanted to give their employees more freedom to choose where they work, while maintaining overview and structure in the use of their office space. The project was about ensuring that office space was optimally utilized and that employees had an intuitive solution for planning their physical presence.
The challenge
With the introduction of flexible workspaces came the need for a solution that could provide an overview of available desks while giving employees an easy way to book their space. Without the right tool, Andel risked empty spaces, poor utilization of facilities and uncertainty among employees about where and when they could find a workspace.
