Microsoft Azure - EU/EEA

MyDesk is hosted exclusively in Microsoft Azure data centers located within the EU/EEA. We primarily use Azure regions in Northern Europe and Western Europe, ensuring that all customer data remains within the EU/EEA jurisdiction.

Microsoft Azure is certified to a wide range of international security standards, including ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS and many more. Azure's compliance portfolio supports our own compliance obligations to customers.

Separation of environments

MyDesk maintains strict separation between production, test and development environments. Production data is never accessed from test or development environments. Access to the production environment is restricted to authorized employees with specific needs.

Logical isolation between customers

All customers are logically isolated from each other in MyDesk's multi-tenant architecture. Customer data is segregated at the database level and access control ensures that one customer's data is never accessible to another.

High availability and redundancy

The MyDesk platform is designed for high availability with:

• Azure Availability Zones for geographic redundancy
• Automatic failover in case of infrastructure failure
• Load balancing and auto-scaling
• Monitored uptime with SLA commitments
• Planned maintenance with minimal downtime

Network security

Access to MyDesk's infrastructure is protected by Azure-native Network Security Groups (NSG), Azure Firewall and DDoS protection. All external traffic is encrypted via TLS. Internal service communications are isolated via private networks.
