Through the module in MyDesk, you can quickly register that guests are coming to visit. This means that the reception is ready to welcome guests, who can quickly and easily register their arrival and print out guest cards to take with them around the company.

All this is done through a user-friendly screen at the reception where guests register their arrival, register who they are meeting and then print out cards to wear during their visit. The module makes the whole process very simple and creates a professional experience for guests.

The company can customize the guest cards to match their corporate style and colors. The same goes for the reception screen – everything can be customized to fit in perfectly with your business.

The module can easily be used for companies with multiple locations, so if your company has office buildings in three different cities, that’s no problem either. When registering guests in the system, you simply select which location should be ready to receive them.
