Transparent overview of
subprocessors
MyDesk uses a limited number of approved sub-processors. We are transparent about who processes data on our behalf and ensure that all sub-processors meet GDPR requirements.
Approved sub-processors
MyDesk uses sub-processors to deliver specific parts of the service. All sub-processors are carefully selected and approved, and we enter into data processing agreements with all sub-processors in accordance with GDPR Article 28.
Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.
Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. is our primary sub-processor and provides cloud infrastructure via Microsoft Azure. Microsoft is certified to ISO 27001, SOC 2 and many other international security standards.
- Purpose: Cloud infrastructure, hosting and related services
- Location: EU/EEA (primarily Ireland and the Netherlands)
- Certifications: ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS and more.
Changes in sub-processors
MyDesk informs customers of planned changes to sub-processors with adequate notice so that customers have the opportunity to object. Changes are documented in our DPA and on this page.
Customer's right to object
In accordance with GDPR Article 28(2), customers have the right to object to the use of specific sub-processors. Please contact our Security Team to discuss any concerns.
