Return policy - mydesk.io (business customers)
1. scope
This return policy applies to all purchases made by business customers via mydesk.io/shop. The policy applies exclusively to business transactions and is not covered by consumer law rules on the right of withdrawal.
2. Return and exchange options
MyDesk does not offer an automatic right of return or exchange for business purchases unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to purchase. Returns are only accepted by prior agreement with MyDesk and may be subject to a handling fee.
3. Requirements for returns
For an agreed return, the following requirements apply:
Items must be returned in original, unbroken packaging.
Goods must not be used, assembled or otherwise put into use.
Any user manuals, cables and accessories must be returned with the product.
The Customer shall bear all costs for return, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Errors and defects
If an item is defective or delivered with errors, the customer must complain in writing to MyDesk within 5 working days of receipt. MyDesk will then assess whether the item should be repaired, exchanged or credited.
5. Customized goods
Goods that are customized, configured or ordered according to customer specifications are not returnable.
6. refund
Any refund for agreed returns will be made after MyDesk has received and inspected the item. Any handling fees will be deducted from the refund.
