MyDesk is now introducing a whole new generation of digital E-ink guest cards for modern businesses and receptions.
The new guest cards have been developed with a focus on higher security, better user experience and an even more elegant design. At the same time, the cards have become lighter, slimmer and more affordable – without compromising on quality or functionality.

Larger screen for higher security
The biggest news is the significantly larger E-ink screen, which makes it possible to display even more information directly on the guest card.
Companies can now choose to automatically take a photo of the guest during check-in on the MyDesk guest screen. The image is then displayed directly on the guest card, making it much easier for receptionists and staff to quickly validate the guest’s identity.
It creates a more secure and professional reception – especially in companies with high demands on access control and visitor management.
Ultra-light and ultra-thin design
The new guest cards are designed for everyday use and convenience.

The whole process happens wirelessly and almost instantly.
Wireless charging
The new guest cards support Qi Wireless Charging, making charging easier and more reliable.
Receptions can charge multiple cards simultaneously without cables, reducing wear and tear and making daily handling easier.
Advanced 6-color E-ink technology
The new E-ink guest cards support advanced 6-color display technology, giving businesses even more options for branding, security and visual identification.
