When working with meeting catering, many people want to be able to delegate the delivery of catering to their staff. This guide will show you how to assign meeting catering delivery to your staff via the Catering admin module. Whether you are using a mobile device or a desktop, you can follow these simple steps to ensure your meeting catering is delivered on time.

Step 1: Log in to Catering administration #

When you log in to Catering administration at https://cateringadmin.mydesk.dk, either on mobile or desktop, the first page you see will show all of today’s meeting catering to be delivered.

Step 2: Identify today’s meeting meals #

The first page presents an overview of all the meeting catering to be provided. This gives you a clear picture of what needs to be done. As an administrator, you can now start delegating these tasks to your staff.

Step 3: Delegate meeting catering #

To delegate meeting catering, tap the pencil next to the specific catering. This will open a menu where you can choose which user will be responsible for the delivery. It’s important to choose the right employee so that the task is done correctly.

Step 4: Assign the task to an employee #

Once you have selected the employee to deliver the catering, they will see the task when they log in to the Catering administration. For example, if Henrik logs in from his mobile, he will see that he needs to deliver the meeting catering at 10 to 10:30.

Step 5: Confirm delivery details #

The employee can now tap on the title to see what needs to be delivered for that meeting, either via their mobile, tablet or PC. It’s important that the employee has all the necessary information so that they can prepare for the delivery and ensure that any partial deliveries are delivered at the specified times.

Step 6: Delivery of catering #

Once the task is assigned, the employee can prepare to deliver the catering. It’s important that they are aware of the timings and specific requirements for the catering.

Step 7: Follow-up after delivery #

After the catering has been delivered, it can be useful to follow up with the employee to make sure that everything has gone as planned and only what was specified has been delivered. If the orderer has requested extra deliveries along the way, this can be added to the order before it is finalized and possibly sent to finance.

By following these steps, you can efficiently assign meeting catering delivery to your staff and ensure your meetings run smoothly.
