All functions are gathered in one place and fully integrated with Microsoft 365, providing an efficient and straightforward way for both employees and administrators to organise the workday.

To strengthen the technical protection of the MyDesk platform, a number of updates have been implemented to improve both robustness and control in our infrastructure. The focus has been on increasing resilience against unauthorized traffic and ensuring more accurate filtering of queries.

MyDesk now uses an optimized configuration of Microsoft FrontDoor and Web Application Firewall (WAF). This provides more intelligent traffic handling and an improved ability to identify and block potential attacks.

At the same time, IP whitelisting has been expanded and tightened. Selected services can now only be accessed from verified sources, reducing the risk of abuse and unauthorized access.

The updates support a higher standard of security without affecting performance or availability. The result is a more robust platform that is better protected against modern threats while continuing to deliver stable and efficient operations.
