What should I do if the text on the guest card is invisible during check-in?

If the text on the guest card, e.g., the card number, is invisible during check-in, it could be a display error in the system or that the card has not been fully encoded. It could also be that the card has run out of power.

Contact MyDesk, and we will send you a new E-ink guest card.
