How it works #
Booking a meeting room via a QR code is quick and easy. First you need to have your cell phone ready. The first step is to open the camera on your phone.
Once you have opened the camera, scan the QR code for the meeting room. This can be a code placed on the door to the meeting room. Once the code is scanned, you will see a message asking you to tap MyDesk.
Get into the MyDesk app #
After tapping on MyDesk, you will be taken into the MyDesk app. Here you can see the current time, which is automatically filled in. This means you don’t have to worry about entering times manually, which saves time.
Book your meeting #
Once inside the app, tap “next” to proceed to the next step. Here you have the option to add a title to your meeting. It’s a good idea to give the meeting a relevant title so you can easily identify it later.
After entering the title, simply press OK. And voila! the room is booked. It really is that simple!
Enjoy your meeting #
Once the meeting is booked, you can relax and focus on what really matters – the meeting itself. You can now go in and talk on the phone or hold the meeting with your guests.
