From requirements to a clear overview
Choose your solutions and quantities. Get an indicative monthly price before our first conversation.
Desk booking costs 3 USD per desk per month, with a minimum of 50 desks. Meeting room booking costs 29 USD per room per month, with a minimum of 10 rooms. Other solutions have a fixed monthly price or are priced by agreement.
Yes. Choose the modules that suit your workplace. The calculator adds up the selected modules' list prices. We'll help you determine the right combination and setup.
Each product card shows the included features. The feature overview provides details and lets you filter by solution. The canteen staff mobile app and finance system integration are optional extras for meeting catering, for example.
Hardware is not included in the monthly price for information displays. If you need displays, visitor badges, printers or sensors, we discuss equipment and pricing separately.
AI Office Analytics costs 150 USD per month plus 75 USD per 1,000 AI prompts. With 1,000 prompts, the AI price is 225 USD for that month. Enter your expected number of prompts in the calculator.
