Order after the meeting
Choose food and drink according to duration, time and participants. Enter the number of internal and external guests, catering center and relevant considerations. Agree special dietary requirements with the canteen and avoid assuming that all products are available at all times.
Give the kitchen a delivery plan
Select premises, delivery or collection and time. If coffee, lunch and afternoon service are to come separately, state the agreed partial deliveries. A menu card with clear categories and deadlines helps the orderer choose what the kitchen can deliver.
Save and check the order
MyDesk can link catering to meetings or create an independent order. For a new Outlook meeting, the invitation must also be sent. An existing order can be shared with colleagues; agree changes before correcting products or comments.
Manage changes throughout
When the meeting is moved, products and delivery must fit the new date. An order without a meeting must be canceled separately. The canteen can use the order status and delivery overview to plan preparation, and agreed approval rules can handle large or late orders.
Learn from the orders
See product distribution, quantities and costs over a relevant period. Use it as a basis for assortment and purchases together with the experience from the kitchen. Financial integration and special reports require a specific agreement.
