Show relevant information

A screen can show availability and today's appointments. Agree whether meeting titles and names should be publicly displayed at the door. Privacy choices and the room's calendar processing must match so that confidential meeting information is not inadvertently displayed.

Select hardware according to the workflow

Touch screens can support actions at the door, while E-Ink has a different expression and other options. Functions such as background images, check-in and booking depend on the screen type and resolution. Do not use the touchscreen feature list as a description of E-Ink.

Use QR for booking on the mobile

A QR code can lead to the specific room in MyDesk. Check time, title and availability before confirming the booking. The code makes access easier, but does not replace the calendar's acceptance of the meeting.

Check the completed installation

See status and meeting information on the physical screen. Check for updates after booking, change and cancellation. Clarify operations, network and support responsibilities so that information at the door remains reliable.
