Clarify the process first

Describe who registers, who approves and how deviations are corrected. Determine what the employee must do in the event of a holiday, illness or a working day that deviates from normal. Legal requirements and agreements must be assessed separately by your adviser.

Use standard time wisely

The historical WorkTime articles describe the possibility of standard time, where a regular working day can be pre-filled, and the employee corrects deviations. Pre-filled information still needs to be checked. A standard day does not automatically document the hours actually worked.

Keep the record available

Give employees a clear path to view, correct and submit their information. Agree on a fixed follow-up so that errors do not accumulate. Clarify access, storage and reporting as part of setup.

Check the current solution

Historical mentions of a free app, prices or legal dates are not a current offer or legal advice. Contact MyDesk to clarify which time recording functions can be offered in your specific solution, and have applicable requirements confirmed by your advisor.
