Ringsted Kommune – Efficient meeting booking and catering with MyDesk

Ringsted Kommune wanted to integrate meeting booking and catering into the Outlook workflow of employees. The implementation had to replace an older solution and at the same time reuse existing hardware. The project therefore emphasized the transition between the systems and the administration's daily overview.
