sundhed.dk is Denmark’s shared public health portal for citizens and healthcare professionals. The portal provides access to information about health and illness, as well as personal health information.
For the employees behind the portal, MyDesk is part of the internal planning of workspaces at the office.
A workspace for the office day
With MyDesk Desk Booking employees can reserve a workspace when they are going to work at the office. Booking a workspace thus becomes part of preparing for the office day.
At sundhed.dk, the solution needed to support different working patterns. Some employees divided their working days between home and the office, while others preferred to come in every day.
Booking across Copenhagen and Odense
MyDesk was set up for sundhed.dk’s offices in Copenhagen and Odense. Employees could then reserve a workspace at either location through the same solution.
The setup brought workspace planning together across the two offices.
From new habits to booking and check-in
Introducing flexible workspaces also meant new habits: employees needed to book a workspace or indicate that they were working from home.
As part of the solution, they could use the MyDesk app to check in on their phones. Digital registration thus became part of the office-day workflow.
