Phillips-Medisize works with the development and production of, among other things, medical equipment. MyDesk was introduced to manage flexible office workspaces.
Workplaces on a digital map display
Phillips-Medisize introduced MyDesk for desk booking with a digital map of the office. Employees could view the office layout and reserve a workspace from their mobile phone or the web.
Implementation in collaboration with IT and HR
The implementation was carried out with the involvement of IT and HR. Onboarding and support were included in the process, where the office's workplaces were made available for the employees' booking.
Products and use in context
The solution included desk booking and analytics and office insight. The reservation of a workplace links the office's physical spaces to the planning of an office day. A digital seat overview shows which areas the individual booking relates to.
With desk booking, an employee can select a date and an available desk. The reservation identifies the selected workspace. The digital overview connects the planned office day with a specific location in the office layout.
