Parking in the existing MyDesk app
NNIT has added parking booking to MyDesk app employees already use for their office workstations. Reservation of a parking space is thus included in the planning of the office day.
Floor plans, space status and access to booking
The setup includes 3D floor plans and space status. Booking rights are adapted to different employee groups, so that the parking facilities can be managed according to the office's framework.
Products and use in context
The solution includes parking booking and desk booking. Reservation of a parking space links the arrival to a specific space at the office. Parking thus becomes part of the practical preparation for the working day.
With parking booking, an employee can choose an available space for their planned office day. The space appears in a digital overview of the facilities. The reservation connects their arrival with a specific parking space at the workplace and can be considered alongside the rest of the day’s planning.
