Why is my meeting room booking rejected after a time change when catering is involved?

If a time change cancels the original meeting room booking, the associated catering preparation may still be locked in the system. It can block a new booking of the room because catering is still linked to the canceled booking. In this case, the catering preparation must be manually removed from the original, canceled booking.
