Make the available seats visible

Show the seats on a map with clear numbers and seat types. The employee selects the date, time and the car's registration number. The booking rules must match the seats the company actually has available.

Share the charging capacity

Electric car spaces can be marked separately, and the booking time can be limited according to the agreed set-up. Clarify when the car will be moved and how charging and payment will be handled. A MyDesk reservation is not in itself a description of the charging station's operation.

Consider access and administration

Parking operators, license plate access and chargers may require separate integrations. Check the active status of the places and the integration after changes to maps or capacity. Give employees a clear way of contact in the event of problems.
