About Tvilum
Tvilum is a Danish furniture manufacturer. MyDesk is used in the reception's handling of guests who come to visit the company.
Digital check-in at the reception
Tvilum uses MyDesk Visitor registration at a stand in reception. On arrival, the guest can register digitally rather than starting the visit with a manual registration.
Stands and message to the host
The deployment included a Bouncepad stand and a visitor screen. In the setup, the host receives a notification when the guest registers his arrival. Screen and registration are therefore part of the same reception.
Products and use in context
The solution includes visitor registration. The guest's registration links the arrival to the planned visit. The digital part of reception is part of the reception's practical work around visitors.
Digital visitor registration connects a visitor’s arrival with the employee they are visiting. The registration appears in the administrative visitor overview. At the visitor screen, visitors can register their arrival themselves.
