Conscia Danmark uses MyDesk for visitor registration. The visitor registers his arrival digitally, after which the host is notified as part of the setup.
E-Ink visitor badge for visitors
Registration is combined with digital E-Ink visitor badges. The card's display can be updated with the guest's information. The same physical card can be used for several visits when the information is changed in connection with a new registration.
