If you get the error “Object reference is not set to an instance of an object” when you change the meeting room for a meeting in a recurring meeting series in Planner, you can work around the problem by deleting the affected meeting instance and re-creating it with the correct meeting room. Delete only the affected instance, not the entire meeting series.
