How do I get an overview of desk spaces?

To get an overview of the consumption and capacity of your desk spaces, you must use the Analytics module in MyDesk.

Here you can see the utilization across both locations (offices) and specific areas (zones/floors). You read the overview as follows:

Capacity (Grey Bar): Shows the total number of desk spaces available in the selected period. Consumption (Colored bar): Shows the actual number of bookings or attendances.

By filtering on specific dates or departments, you can identify patterns in when your desk spaces are busiest and where there is free capacity.
