Why can't I set my preferred location in the Outlook add-in when I only use meeting rooms?

If you only use meeting rooms, you cannot set your preferred location in the Outlook add-in. This is due to a limitation in the current user interface where the setting is only available when other features are enabled. The limitation requires a change in the user interface and cannot be resolved through the settings available for meeting room-only users.
