Independent audit of MyDesk's IT controls
MyDesk has received its ISAE 3402 Type 2 audit statement for 2026. The statement was prepared by RSM Denmark and dated 6 October 2026. The audit covers IT controls in connection with MyDesk's SaaS solution in the period 1 August 2025 to 31 July 2026.
The controls have worked effectively during the audited period
The auditor concludes that the description gives a true and fair view of the controls included, that the controls were appropriately designed and implemented, and that the tested controls functioned effectively throughout the period. The review includes, among other things, information security, access management, operating procedures and change management.
Documentation for your security and audit work
As a customer, you can use the declaration as documentation when assessing MyDesk as a supplier and in the dialogue with your accountants. A Type 2 statement assesses both the design of the controls and their actual operation over a period of time. The statement covers MyDesk's controls; Microsoft Azure's controls are not part of auditor's testing. The customer's own supplementary checks are still part of the overall assessment.
