Get started with ChatGPT.
Connect MyDesk directly in ChatGPT using your work account. If your IT team has already made MyDesk available as a plugin, install it and connect your account.
- Add MyDesk in ChatGPT.Open Plugins, select the plus button and Add custom MCP server. Name the connection MyDesk, enter the server address below and select OAuth with automatic client registration.
- Connect your work account.Install the connection and log in with the Microsoft work or school account that has access to your MyDesk. Check the company and account before you approve the connection.
- Select MyDesk and ask away.Write @ in the chat, select MyDesk and ask for help with your booking. Review the information before approving a change.
Do you want to use Claude or another agent?
MCP makes it possible to connect AI tools with external systems. The specific client must support MyDesk's login and be approved for your connection.

No. Think of MCP as the connection between your AI agent and MyDesk. Once it's set up, you describe your need in plain words.
Can I talk to my agent instead of writing?
Yes, when the selected AI tool supports speech along with the connected MyDesk connection. Speech, mobile access and hands-free operation depend on the tool and must be tested in your setup.
Can I connect MyDesk with few clicks?
Once the company approves the tool, you can add MyDesk as a MCP connection, install it, and log in with your Microsoft work account. Your IT policy may require administrator approval. MyDesk is not a public catalog app; use the connection guide on this page.
Does it work with all AI tools?
The client must support the required MCP connection and sign-in. ChatGPT has been tested. We will check other clients with you.
Will something be booked just because I ask?
Ask the agent to show a proposal first. Review the date, place, participants and any price before you approve. Your specific client and integration determine how the approval is displayed.
Can we build our own UI?
