Organizations can choose to have all orders automatically go through an approval process, or they can set up more targeted rules depending on their needs. Rules can be created where orders above a set number of units trigger an approval. This is especially relevant for larger events or orders that may affect the capacity of the canteen.<\/p>\n

In addition, the canteen can define deadlines for orders. If a user tries to order after the set deadline, the order is automatically sent for approval. The same applies if an order is placed after a certain time, allowing the canteen to react to incoming order specifications where the time factor is important.<\/p>\n
