Realdania is a philanthropic organization focused on creating quality of life through the built environment. The organization has a high level of activity with many internal and external meetings, which places great demands on a well-functioning meeting booking and guest management solution. <\/p>\n

The project<\/h3>\n

Realdania wanted to upgrade their previous booking system, which was characterized by limitations and inadequacies, especially when it came to integration with Outlook and handling meeting catering and guest registration. The project was initiated with the goal of gathering all meeting-related functions into one modern platform. <\/p>\n

The challenge<\/h3>\n

The old solution often led to double bookings and inefficient handling of meeting catering and guest registration. The system was not intuitive and lacked the necessary integration with Outlook, causing frustration among both employees and the front desk. <\/p>\n
