The monitoring covers availability, performance, security anomalies and compliance. <\/p>\n        <h3>Audit logs<\/h3>\n        <p>All administrative changes in the MyDesk platform are logged in audit logs. Logs include: <\/p>\n        <ul>\n          <li>User management (create, edit, delete)<\/li>\n          <li>Access changes and role assignments<\/li>\n          <li>Configuration changes<\/li>\n          <li>Login events and failed attempts<\/li>\n          <li>API calls and integration activity<\/li>\n          <li>System events and errors<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n        <h3>Log retention<\/h3>\n        <p>Operational and security logs are stored for a minimum of 30 days. Audit logs can be stored for longer periods according to customer needs and agreement. <\/p>\n        <h3>SIEM integration<\/h3>\n        <p>Logs can be exported to the customer's SIEM solution, including Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk and other SIEM platforms via Azure Event Hub or direct API integration. This allows customers to integrate MyDesk logs into their existing security monitoring. <\/p>\n        <h3>Alerting and incident management<\/h3>\n        <p>MyDesk has configured automatic alerts on critical security incidents.
