If your Outlook won’t open the MyDesk add-in and gives the error message “You need a new app to open this about link, it’s due to a policy on your end that blocks the action that the add-in uses to log you in.<\/p>\n

To solve this, your IT department needs to replace your current addin with this one: https:\/\/outlookaddin.mydesk.io\/manifest.prod.legacy.xml<\/a><\/p>\n
