The MyDesk catering addin can NOT delete your Outlook meeting. There is no link between the two. I will list below the things you can check to see why your meeting has disappeared. <\/p>\n

  1. Can you see the meeting in your own calendar but not the meeting room’s? If you can see the meeting in your own calendar but not the meeting room’s, make sure you have sent the meeting correctly. If you haven’t received an acceptance from your meeting room, the meeting is not approved in Outlook. This also means that if you try to add catering, it will be deleted after 30 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. I have received an email from MyDesk titled “Catering canceled” This email simply informs you that your meeting catering has been canceled.
